Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Times
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, delivery times can vary. Average delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (when available). Please allow up to 5–7 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@everythingbutcake.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can evaluate and assist.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
