Refund policy
We have a 30-day return window starting the day you receive your item.
To start a return or report an issue, email us at support@everythingbutcake.store (include your order number and photos/video if applicable). Returns must be pre-approved—packages sent back without approval will be refused.

Damages / wrong item / missing items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing. We’ll evaluate and make it right (refund, replacement, or partial credit depending on the situation). In many cases for defective items, a physical return is not required; we may request photos or a short video to confirm the issue.
Change-of-mind / buyer’s remorse
Because our items ship directly from partner warehouses, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns. If a return is approved as an exception, return shipping and any original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Where to send returns
If a physical return is required, we will provide the correct return address and RMA instructions after approval. Do not send items back to the manufacturer’s address or to any address not provided by our team.
Non-returnable items
Perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials/flammables, and gift cards are not returnable.
Exchanges
Fastest method: request a return (if approved), then place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect (or verify via evidence) your return/claim, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@everythingbutcake.store
